1. Our 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original condition, unused, and unworn.

  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective or damaged on arrival).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team (details below) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product shipped).

4. Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. However, you may still initiate a return once delivered, as per our policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away with photos/videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
